process
The Pépinières européennes pour jeunes artistes take care of the following costs of the young artists:
The host organisations take over the expenses of the direction or production of the art project. They also take care of the lodging and the board of the artists during the whole period of residency.
This partnership scheme is flexible. Other local partners might take part in the project, proposing help in kind, by putting their facilities, materials or housing at the artists' disposal. Special planning has to be considered depending on the context of every site, the opportunities and the specificity of the projects.
- travel fees (refund under certain condition) for the two meetings as well as the travel from home to the place of residency;
- insurance (health, accident, civil responsibility, legal aid);
- monthly allowance changing between 110 and 190 Euros, calculated following a ready reckoned fixed by the European Commission, based on the cost of living in the host country; the volunteer is going to get this allowance during the whole duration of his European Voluntary Service;
- expenses for administration, of functioning and co-ordination of the global project;
- expenses due to the organisation of the meetings (selection, meetings, balance);
- financial help for the training of the artists inside the host organisations.

contract
An exemplification contract established by the European Commission formalizes the partnership between the artist, the host organisation and the Pépinières européennes pour jeunes artistes in order to specify the responsibilities of everyone.
The moral and financial (or in kind) commitment of all the partners is the guarantee for the success and the quality of the project.
The goals aimed at by the project depend on the adherence and the active participation of all the partners involved, who will equally benefit from it at different levels (local development, insertion of the youth, exchanges between young people, taking part in the construction of the European citizenship...).

programme process
A training seminar will be organised by the Pépinières européennes pour jeunes artistes before the residencies start. This seminar will allow the organisations managers and the successful candidates to meet and to tackle all questions that are essential for the success of the artists' stay.
Once all residencies are over, all of the participants (organisations, artists, professionals, financial supporters and publics) will be invited to share their experiences, to discuss issues regarding the residency and the European Voluntary Service. This will be an opportunity for the artists to present to the audience their fulfilled work.
