your application

Your application must be sent before March 26th 2005, post-marked before midnight.
The complete application must be sent written in French and/or in English to :

• the national co-ordinator of the artist's native country or his country of work
• the general delegation for the artists native or working in Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia and Slovenia

Your application must be composed by the following elements :

• The application form completed in French and/or in English.
  The description of the artistic process and of the project may be presented directly on the application form or on a separate sheet of A4 paper (21 x 29,7 cm). Texts should be typed or written in block letters.
• A detailed curriculum vitae in French and/or in English, academic record and artistic works realised (maximum 3 A4 pages).
• For artists from France, Ireland, Portugal, Romania or The Netherlands, the registration fee.

• from 8 to 12 images (paper printing, photographs, slides, drawings, plans, etc)
• DVD, VHS video (PAL/SECAM/NTSC), maximum 6 min
• audio CD, audio tapes, 3-6 min
• publications, catalogues, musical scores (2 maximum)
• web site adresse(s) (3 maximum)

Besides you may also send additional documents in annexe to clarify the international jury's choice.

The documents constituting the file should on no account exceed the A4 format.

Each document enclosed in the file should be labelled with your full name (photographs, drawings, cassettes, slides...) and the corresponding number to the list on page 4 of the application form.
